Dynamic Webs are a web design and bespoke web application company providing LINUX and Windows web server management services for our clients. We provide advanced internet services and sophisticated global web marketing web-based technologies from our East Grinstead based offices. Currently we are looking for an experienced systems administrator for our web operations.
Dynamic Webs are interested in System and Network Administrators with 3 or more years of practical experience managing web operations. The candidate will be working with customer staff, so willingness to communicate on phone/IM is a must. The ability to work independently, and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
Communication skills and management of customer relationships are essential. Ability to set up processes, document them, and work with customers is critical.
A Degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.

Managing the company and customer web applications
Monitoring, reporting, troubleshooting, uptime management and redundancy as well as with load, performance and acceptance testing procedures
Network monitoring and configuration tools and with hosting providers and environments
Primary responsibility for web operations
Designing processes and deploying remote management technologies to enable off-site management of operations located at multiple hosting providers.
